Experience Sri Lanka through all 5 senses

PASADA RETREAT 2025

PASADA means 5 senses in Pali.  Wanderingyogilee and 3rd Love Yoga are excited to bring you a retreat that goes a little beyond the traditional vihara or cultural immersion.

Over 7 days and 6 nights, experience yoga, meditation, massage, Sri Lankan food, architecture and art.

Take walks through untouched countryside, collect lotus flowers for devotional practice, cook the Sri Lankan way.  Experience the natural beauty of Sri Lankan western seaside and jungle.  Known for its artisan enclaves and homewares, visit Galle Fort.  Take a peek at precious jewellery designs and admire the modern aesthetic of its homewares and textiles.

In retreat spaces, not one but two, exemplars of Sri Lanka’s most luxurious boutique architecture. This idea we are not the centre of the universe, but glorious energy nodes in an ever changing world.  Welcome to Halala Kanda (pali for firefly hill), and Malabar Hill, two living spaces designed to nourish mind and body, and charm the eye.
