Yin Yay!  Thursday 4.30 pm AEST

If ever there was a yoga set up for home practice, yin is the thang.
1 hour 15 minutes, including savasana.
Yin nourishes fascia, ligaments and connective tissues. We ‘marinate’ in poses – up to 5 minutes.  Props like blocks, blankets, straps may be used from time to time.
Lee is a student of the Wu-Xing, expect TCM energy work around meridians, and self applied acupressure.

The full patanjali’s petal yoga practice where you will sweat.
Semi complicated asana sequences (vinyasa), flows moving in four compass directions. Explore your body in the four planes – side up, side down, belly up, belly down, twists, inversions. No strap or block required.
Expand your yoga repertoire, explore the depths of yoga asana and energy practice.  Have fun, fall out.
You will be surprised at how strong and flexible you are. Modifications always provided. Savasana or yoga nidra always follows.

This practice is based outdoor.  We may move to a nearby park if we feel like it.

Private yoga sessions

I have been providing private yoga sessions to clients at home, at their work, in many places all over the world.  For more than 15 years.  Zoom or live, private sessions are excellent choices for the super busy, and those who prefer not to go to a studio.  Or a small group who like to practice away from others.  We start with a plan, as I get to know you better, we become a lot more flexible (pardon the pun).  I have a wide range of clients – some with injuries affecting mobility to high performance athletes wishing to improve their speciality and recovery time.
