Aware and Awake – a Meditation Immersion

We are all fast learning that the old rules no longer apply.   Ideas and concepts we once took for granted have been tipped on their head.  Particularly the way we live and connect. For many of us, we swirl around, with no apparent place to rest our feet.

Wherever you are, and whatever has happened, all of us are in the process of transformation, but right now it might feel like a loss of identity.

This meditation immersion could be your start in ‘refinding’ and defining that which has true meaning for you.   Your way to understanding how bloody resilient you are.

Over the course of an afternoon, in the Wanderingyogi outdoor yoga sala, we take a look at, and experiment with the three basics of meditation – breath, seat, and headspace.

This immersion will give you the tools to shrink the external world to its true size, allowing you to explore and expand the internal elemental wise knowing you.

So fundamental to creating the sacred container, yet often overlooked.  We try different meditation processes from a wide range of traditions. You get practical tips on sticking to the seat and how to meditate.  We will practice three different forms of meditation, interspersed with quiet breaks for tea and simple nourishment.

Bring nothing but yourself, and a meditation seat/support if you have one.

At the conclusion of our immersion, you will have the basics in place for a daily meditation practice.  You will have experienced powerful insights due to the layering of mediation throughout our time together.  And you will have definitely found key pointers in the refinding of you.
