Lee brings a wealth of knowledge only gained from deep rooted experience into her workshops and teachings.
She makes meditation and yoga accessible by sharing her relatable but profound wisdom. I suspect I still have much to learn from Lee as she continues
in her path as a teacher and leader in the yoga community.
– Laura Dobberstein – Singapore yoga studio owner

I have been teaching all elements of yoga for the past 15 years. My spiritual tradition is Buddhism, which I have been practicing for 30 years. I have over 700 hours of Yoga Alliance International training, and still keep learning. Over 3,500 hours of teaching, large groups and one-on-one. More importantly, I love to teach.

I am a spiritual bower bird, collecting the jewels of ideas and tools that can transform my self and you. I polish these jewels and have created my own special nest of energy healing.

I acknowledge the wise ones, shamans and elders past, present and future from the traditions I now share with you - Wu-Xing (the Five elements), Veddic tradition, and the Huna. I thank the modern traditions of quantum physics, and psychotherapy, their leaders and wise ones, for their new and most illuminating ways of seeing the world.

Testimonials

“YOGA to me is being present for yourself. An awareness of your body and mind. You are on YOUR mat and next to you are uniquely wonderful interesting people. You can feel the positive energy from a group of yogis practicing together (find your vibe find your tribe), Lee helps create this in a unique and slightly humorous way…

“When I practice yoga, calm descends. Initially there were many difficult aspects of yoga poses for me and I never enjoy not being able to do something, but over time I have learned to trust that the breakthroughs in strength and flexibility will keep coming.  I appreciate you are always evolving the yoga to suit our growing experience, drawing from different traditions of yoga to create your unique blend. Thank you…

“I connected with Lee’s fantastic energy straight away and loved the light atmosphere mixed with committed practice. Lee mindfully guides both postures and thoughts with positivity and fun. She is a real font of knowledge on all things physical and spiritual in both Eastern and Western cultures – it’s truly fascinating. Finding Yin yoga has been eye opening for me; a perfect blend of strength, toning and meditation which has yielded results in body and mind..”

Another food shot. This time Rome - I want to have an affair with Palermo, Rome makes me want to settle down. Which I am sure is not how it would like it’s vibe described. #rome #cucinaroma #itsamore #loveitaly #hiddengemsofrome #italypictures #weexploretogether #italy ...

Dinner before we head to the colosseum by night. Secret spot one of the hidden gems of Rome. Do you know? #italy #itsamore #romewithoutcathedrals ...

I am not much of a sweet eater. Sicily however has quite a way with them. Their pastries, from their croissants filled with custard cream to the candied oranges, fig shortbreads are simply delicious. Here I am with @karen.poulos14 at Restaurant Malvasia Taormina. Right on the edge of the old town. That’s a semi freddo for me and tiramisu for travel buddy. #sicily #sicilyfood #sweettoothitalians #dontpassondessert #taormina ...

Starting the day right. Love Palermo. Sexy vibrant city. Comments to myself before I drank my morning breakfast juice of mandarin liquor. 🤪😂 ...

I am not a fan of cold. I appreciate its ability to invigorate, in short doses like an ice bath for example. However I lost the plot a bit today. Goddess bless Nero davola #taormina #sicily #red redwine #tempopessima ...
